Account → Returns. Pick the order, the pieces, and credit, refund or exchange.

Send it back
Drop it at a pop-up, or we'll WhatsApp a courier label.

Get settled
Credit lands when we receive it. Card refunds take 5–7 working days.
What we accept
- Unworn and unwashed, with the swing tag attached.
- Within 30 days of delivery or collection.
- Markdown pieces (Black Friday) are exchange or credit only.
- Gift cards can't be returned.
If something's wrong
A loose stitch or a misprint is on us. WhatsApp a photo to +27 76 934 5663 and we'll replace it, delivery included.
